I had a flat tire while traveling through New York. The service station had to order a tire which came in the next day. That tire was the wrong one and they had to order another. After receiving the tire, I traveled about 20 minutes and upon getting onto the highway, the tire came off causing severe damage to the car. The police came and provided a report. I had family come up and tow the car back home. Upon contacting the service station, they stated that it was not their fault and are unwilling to assume the liability pay for the damages. What course of action can be taken?
