I am currently employed at a place that I believe has caused me to develop severe respiratory problem, resulting in asthma, two bouts of pneumonia this year as well as one bout of bronchitis. I will leaving this place of employment for a new employer on 10/3/08. I would like to know if I possibly have a case against where I worked from 10/3/05-10/3/08. The place is mold contaminated - I have pictures and have submitted a swab to my doctor's office of the mold to be tested. I went this week for allergy testing and confirmed I have severe allergies to mold. I'm very uncomfortable most of the time due to coughing, tightness of the chest and just general congestion. When I'm away from work my breathing problems do not seem to be as bad. I want to be compensated for time missed off of work, my medical bills and the overall suffering I have had to endure along with possible long term damage. Please contact me by e-mail and let me know if you think there's a substantial case. Thank you ~
