As a 20 year old she is an adult and responsible for his conduct. Unless your name is on the title to the car or there is another factor to tie you to the car you should not be liable. If you are served with a complaint regarding this accident report that to your auto or home insurance carrier. If you are uninsured then retain an attorney to represent you.
