A car careering out of control early yesterday struck and killed a pedestrian in Sheepshead Bay and then crashed into a bus shelter, killing the driver and critically injuring a man in the bus shelter, the authorities said. Investigators have not determined what caused the accident. The driver, was northbound on Nostrand Avenue shortly before 3 a.m. when he struck and killed the other driver, as he was crossing at Avenue W, the police said. The car then hit the bus shelter, injuring a yong man, the police said. the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The younger man was in critical condition at Kings County Hospital Center, they said.
