The rules for no fault in New Jersey are different than in New York. New Jersey's rules for medical reimbursement are much stricter. The no fault recovery will depend on how much coverage you have. You can recover against your own carrier if you were struck by a car with little or no insurance, provided you have sufficient under-insured coverage.
