Trampled and Injured

While shopping at Target in Westbury Black friday of 2008 I was trampled by a crowd of shoppers. I received a 3 rib fractures, I have had hip replacement surgery, people actually stepped on me (not over me) while I was down on the floor. The store provided inadequet security and as I recall it was an employee that delivered the push shoving me to the floor in his rush. I would like to know if there is anything I can do legally. There is a police report for the incident and police are still investigating as to who exactly pushed me.
