I was getting into a vehicle, truck's passenger side, 12/19/2008 in Brooklyn, NY when I slipped and fell on ice that was on the step ladder for the truck. I hit my hip and my back on the edge of the sidewalk. I broke my hip and back. I have health insurance however they are denying payment for my bills stating the no fault company of the car I slipped by as responsible for them.
