I was getting into a vehicle, truck's passenger side, 12/19/2008 in Brooklyn, NY when I slipped and fell on ice that was on the step ladder for the truck. I hit my hip and my back on the edge of the sidewalk. I broke my hip and back. I have health insurance however they are denying payment for my bills stating the no fault company of the car I slipped by as responsible for them. They tell me to speak to a lawyer in regards to my injury and payment of my bills. Contact me at the email above. I need some advice.

This is a very interesting situation. New York personal injury law provides several possible ways for you to recover money damages for your injuries. You may have a claim against the owner of the truck, the operator or your own motor vehicle supplental underinsured motorist coverage. We should speak about this matter in further detail as soon as possible
