My pain doctor refuses to give me the procedures i need. She humiliated me in front of staff and other patients. I also believe she messes up a sympathectomy she gave me last year. It was
beyond painful. I still have pain from it and she refuses to listen to me when i try to tell her. I have been telling her I'm having pain from the procedure and ask her to check it out, but she refuses to listen to me. Most of the time I ask her about it she won't even respond. I think she thinks that if she ignores it that it will go away. Unfortunately I can't forget about it because it causes me a lot of pain. I honestly believe that she not only did the procedure wrong, but she burned the wrong nerve. It was the most painful experience of my life. She also always talks down on me and treats me very poorly and disrespectfully. I often have panic attacks when I have to go to her because I never know what she's
going to do or how poorly she's going to treat me. I've also talked to many of !
her patients and they have the same problems. She has to stop treating people like so bad. From: Paul Ajlouny Category: Medical Malpractice Date: 11 Feb 2008 Time: 12:15:19 -0500
Medical malpractice lawsuits are generally more complicated and time consuming than regular negligence based personal injury lawsuits such as
car accident lawsuits or
construction accident lawsuits.
Due to their complexity, it is almost impossible for me to offer an opinion as to whether you have a viable
medical malpractice lawsuit based just upon the information you have provided. However, this does not appear to be the type of matter in which we would be interested.
On a related note, you may want to consider getting another doctor.
