I was rearended by a truck who left the scene of the accident and caused me to collide with another vehicle on Monday Nov 20th, 2008. I was on a motorcycle. I am in a lot of pain. I am trying to get treatment for this accident however I dont have health insurance and the hospital I went to for ER is telling me to contact a lawyer for further treatment. I am trying to treat at Nassau County Medical University. Please advise me as to what I can do at the above provided email address. I am also an immagrant in this country which makes my situation a little different. I dont know please contact me soon.
